Thanks for trusting me.
My goal is to introduce you to the essence and values of prostate massage – and help you embark on a new kind of physical and mental experience.
The massage begins with a conversation where you explain why you came and what you would like to achieve.
It is very important that you can honestly state your problem or your goal with the massage, and what brought you here. Any questions you have will also be discussed, even if you just want to try it for the first time.
This is followed by a special introductory, relaxing, tuning massage, which involves the relaxation of the gluteal muscles, the perineum, and the anus.
The massage is performed while you are lying face down, with support under your hips for comfort, which allows me better access.
This position is also good because the person I am massaging is covered for the first session.
The prostate massage itself lasts for 40 minutes, involving a gentle massaging of the prostate.
Allow yourself to experience something new!
Fortunately, there are plenty of cases where there is no problem, and people are simply curious. They want to experience how their body reacts, what it feels like... etc.

Prostate massage is a complementary procedure that is used for certain Chronic prostatitis (Chronic Prostatitis / Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome) forms. Its purpose is to remove stagnant, inflammatory secretions from the glands, which can help alleviate symptoms.
The Purpose and Mechanism of Action of Massage
- Discharge and Cleaning: Prostate massage helps drain infected fluid, bacteria, and toxins that have accumulated during chronic inflammation through the prostate's excretory ducts. This 'milking' helps reduce internal tension and congestion.
- Improved Blood Circulation: The massage increases blood circulation to the prostate and surrounding tissues. This improved blood flow may facilitate the delivery of medications (e.g., antibiotics) to their target and aid the healing processes.
- Symptom Relief: The massage can quickly alleviate pain and tension in the perineum and pelvis associated with chronic inflammation, as well as improve urinary difficulties.
